From all of our included amenities to the cozy atmosphere, we know you'll be able to relax in our 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house.

Kitchen

Includes multiples amenities including Tupperware, high end cookware, basic spices and olive oil, crock pot, waffle iron, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, and kitchen towels.

Bar and Beverage Nook

Includes a Keurig with 12 K-cups, 2 seat bar, insect repellent, sunscreen, and pamphlets with local restaurants and attractions. Above in the cupboards are basic bar amenities like martini shaker, jigger, tall and short glasses and Moscow mule mugs.

Breakfast Nook

Includes a 4 person table with 2 extra chairs.

Formal Dining Room

Includes a sturdy table with 10 seats.

Living Room

Includes couch, loveseat, recliner, smart TV, book nook, games, puzzles, and activity books.

Half Bath

Conveniently located off the living room, and includes hand soap, towel, Poo-Pourri, toilet paper, and Kleenex.

Master Bedroom

Includes king sized memory foam bed, reading nook with rocking chair, plush rug, luggage racks and jewelry storage.

Master Bath

Includes hand soap, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, a washlet, Poo-Pourri, and toilet paper.

Mermaid Bedroom

Includes a twin bunk and extra twin bed, luggage rack, hangers, and shelf for clothes in the closet.

Shark Bedroom

Includes a queen bed with loft twin bed, reading nook, hangers, luggage rack and dresser.

Jack and Jill Bath

Located in between the shark bedroom and mermaid bedroom, this Jack and Jill bath includes hand soap, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, Poo-Pourri, and toilet paper.

Seashell Bedroom

Includes two nightstands with lamps, luggage rack, hangers and shelf for clothes in the closet. Feel free to leave any unwanted collected seashells on the nightstand as you leave to be added to the lamps!

Laundry Room

Includes washer and dryer, hypoallergenic laundry soap, and laundry basket. Please, no dryer sheets, due to allergies.
